        Description
        The HX6388 is a CMOS progr ammable rafio metric linear
        Hall Effect sensor IC. The linear output voltage is
        proporfional口the magnetic flux density. The rafio metic
        output volage is proportional to the supply vltage. AI the
        parameters of the HX6388 transfer characteristic are flly
        programmable. The Va, the sensitity, the slope polanity,
        the output damping levels, and the themal sensitvity drit
        are all programmable in end-user applications. The part
        offers open-circuit, as well as over-voltage and under-
        voltage detection and indvidual programming of ifferent
        sensors which are in parallel 如the same supply voltage.
        The HX6388 is programmable by mdulating the supply
        voltage. No additional programming pin is needed. The
        easy programmability allows a 2-point calibration by
        adjusfing the output voltage directly to the input signal. In
        addifion, the temperature compensation of the Hall IC can
        be ft to all common magnetic materials by programming
        first and second arder temperature coficients of the Hall
        sensor sensitivity. This enables operation over the full
        temperature range with high accuracy.
        The sensor is designed for hostile industrial and
        automotive applications and operates with typically 5 V
        supply voltage in the ambient temperature range from 40
        up口150 C. The HX6388 is available in the very small
        leaded package SIP3-SA
